Dr. Timothy Busch, COL USAF (Ret) is an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Program at the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Busch is developing an MS program in Systems Engineering at SUNY Poly that will focus on secure design of large and small scale systems. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University in the area of control theory applied to laser communication systems. Dr. Busch’s current research interest is in the application of control and game theory to dynamic decision problems typical in high tempo operations. One particular problem of interest is cognitive network radios. Dr. Busch is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of the International Council of Systems Engineers (INCOSE), and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
